Another incredible event in the books with last week's Southeast Chapter Conference in Greensboro, North Carolina! We were proud to have Pedro Quiroga representing EAFab, as he played a key role in organizing and facilitating the event.

A special highlight of the conference was welcoming Al Behr, Executive Vice President of Nucor Corporation and the newly appointed AIST President for 2025–2026. It was an honor to kickoff to Al's member chapter tour and hear his insights on the future of steel technology and leadership within the industry.

North Carolina offered a refreshing change of scenery from our Pennsylvania roots and a great opportunity to reconnect with peers we hadn’t seen in a while. It was energizing to exchange ideas, share experiences, and gain new perspectives from professionals across the steel community.
