We are so proud that Pedro Quiroga, Mark Gary Kropf, and Bill Bennett were able to represent EAFab Corporation at the AIST - Association for Iron & Steel Technology Annual Meeting last weekend! Pedro presented a total of two presentations, the first focusing on his innovative BOF hood improvement design implemented at Cleveland-Cliffs Riverdale that extended the equipment life from 9 to 46 months! His second presentation, in collaboration with ITC Coatings, explains and explores the electrode ceramic coatings on our water-cooled equipment that protect electrodes from oxidation.
