With a crane capacity of over 100 tons, EAFab handles any type of heavy steel fabrication required by modern melt shops. We've supplied the steel industry with state-of-the-art design, fabrication, quality repairs, and replacement parts for melt shop equipment throughout North America and globally.

Water-cooled equipment longevity is heavily impacted by the integrity of its copper welds. EAFab's certified welders bring specialized copper-joining expertise to every water-cooled panel, duct, and cooling circuit we build — protecting against leaks, thermal fatigue, and unplanned downtime in the harshest melt shop conditions.

EAFab has extensive in-house manufacturing and CNC machining capabilities that include precision machining of large-diameter components. Our equipment handles turrets and turret bases, ladles, scrap buckets, tilt-platform swing tracks, replacement mast arms and columns, caster starter bars, rocker bases, runout rolls, and many other critical mill components.

EAFab has an 100T post-weld heat treatment furnace for fabrications that require stress relieving. Our furnace capabilities meet the most stringent metallurgical requirements — giving us full control of the thermal cycle, shorter lead times, and the highest-quality fabrications possible.

Every EAFab component passes through in-house sand blasting and a dedicated paint booth before it leaves our facility. Abrasive blasting strips mill scale, rust, and surface contaminants down to a consistent profile, giving coatings maximum adhesion. From there, our paint booth applies EAFab's signature black and gold finish — protecting your equipment against corrosion and giving it the clean, professional look our customers expect on delivery.
